These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.opomedical.com and its online store, as well as all commercial transactions carried out through it.

Opomedical sells medical devices, health and wellness products.
All products displayed comply with applicable legislation. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly correspond to the final product.
Opomedical reserves the right to modify prices, products and content without prior notice.
Orders are placed online.
Order confirmation implies acceptance of prices, shipping costs and applicable conditions.
Opomedical reserves the right to refuse orders in the event of stock shortages or IT errors.

Orders are delivered in Mainland Portugal and Spain.
The estimated delivery time is communicated at the time of ordering.
Any delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.
Due to the nature of the products sold, Opomedical does not accept returns of any medical device after delivery.
Under Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which are:
Sealed and not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons
Including medical devices, diagnostic products, treatment products or personal-use items
Therefore, all sales are final.
Exchanges or replacements will only be accepted in the following cases:
Product defective at the time of delivery
Proven shipping error attributable to Opomedical
In such cases, the customer must contact Opomedical within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order, providing evidence of the defect or error for assessment.
Products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity.
The warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the user.
Opomedical shall not be liable for:
Improper use of products
Website interruptions due to technical reasons
Indirect damages or loss of profits
Opomedical, Lda. is responsible for the processing of the personal data collected.
